This lift features a manual two-side unlocking system combined with a steel wire rope balancing mechanism, ensuring both lifting carriages move synchronously and preventing vehicle tilting during operation. The dual hydraulic cylinders, paired with a high-strength chain drive system, deliver smooth and stable lifting and lowering performance.

For enhanced safety, the TVL 340 is equipped with a hydraulic lock and mechanical double-tooth safety claws, offering double protection during lifting operations. The oil cylinders have 100% passed pressure-holding tests, and the lift has successfully completed 120% dynamic loading tests and 150% overload tests, ensuring long-term reliability under demanding conditions.
